Product Information

All products listed on the website are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice.

Orders and Payments

Orders placed through our website will be processed by WooCommerce, with payments handled securely by Stripe. Prices for products are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on CMG’s website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CMG or its content suppliers and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Returns Policy for Challenge Marketing Merchandise Shop

Introduction

At Challenge Marketing, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with the products they purchase from our shop. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns are necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which products can be returned and the process for initiating a return, in alignment with our fulfillment partner, Printful’s, returns policy.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return products that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. In line with Printful’s policy, a claim for these issues must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Size Orders

Please note that size exchanges are not offered returns for products ordered in the wrong size. We provide detailed size guides for all items to help you make the right choice before purchasing.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@challengemarketing.co.uk. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Photos of the product issue are required for misprinted/damaged/defective items.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the items back to Printful for a return or exchange.
  3. Sending the Product: You will be responsible for shipping the product back to the return address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product arrives successfully.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, or an exchange will be initiated as per your request. Please allow for a reasonable time for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions

Please note that we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are also not eligible for returns.
